In both books, everything is done. There's no food processor. So you're doing this by hand. I think touching gets really important. The fork at the beginning is just to avoid the thing that happens when you're adding water where like the water gets in your hands and then you touch the flour so quickly mix it in with a forkJust to get it absorbed. That's good to know. And then you switch to hands, which you just it's a little bit cleaner. And again, this is going to be different. Just warning everyone is not warning.
