I think the e-commerce market had started to soften. So it wasn't, and I mean, that just seems like a phenomenal price is really what I wanted. There were things there was definitely risk in the business. And so when I looked at it and did the modeling, like 3.5 seemed appropriate for me given the risk. Okay, okay, let's well put. Do you want to give anybody a shout out? And who was on it? And who did he think did a good job for you? Yeah, absolutely.
