The Effects of Fermented Foods on the Gut Microbiome

Fermented dairy doesn't seem to be appreciably different from non fermented dairy in terms of potential beneficial health outcome. Thet as a whole, when we're comparing that against thousands of species, what effect will we really see by changing, like, a couple subspecies? Especially when we consider how stable the microbiome is as a whole. There were sort of a tongue and cheek systematic review put out last year with one study in it, and that's, you know, they think, the authors knew, they knew what they were doing.
