How to Work With Anger

Anger is one of the basic six emotions, and we have it in us ecause we're mammals. There's that big but then there's the frustration, like person cuts you unclassic yand a person cuts you off on the highway. Some of the ways of working with anger are using sound, am using certain toning exercises to stimulate the vagus. For some it might be actually watching some things that have a little more aggression, like animals, idios. The other one that can be beautiful to watch is that classic haka ceremony amo.
