Do Ardells Work?

I've tried that ogam for clients, and it doesn't seem to be appreciably different than if i'd just done iyo ligt somsommaxraraly for extra sestra. Ardells work. You could give it to it with that you like. It might just be the fact that we're kind of backing off on other things that's taking care of it too. I jus, outside of a situation like, people get that high ham string shit. Tenanitis appear. That seems to fix it right up, depending on the person.
