There's a lot of research now that now it's an anti stretching thing. In the real world, people stretch like 15, 20 seconds. If you look at any study that says that stretching diminishes force production, people stretch the same way in our gym. I hate the fact that somebody that doesn't even train people can just tell me how stupid I am about training people. That faux evidence based mindset is so problematic and so annoying on social media.
