How to Manage and Love Your ADHD

Brittany: Learning to manage and love your ADHD is a process. It doesn't have to be linear I still sometimes have days where I'm like oh that ADHD brain of mine but then the next day I'm like yes I'm so glad my brain works like this. Just because you might be having a hard time or have challenges that people who don't have ADHD don't seem to have doesn't mean that they don't have challenges that you don't have. Even though it might be feel really frustrating and we can get really down on ourselves as long as we're just trying to continue growing than that's all we can do.
