How to Avoid Ultra Processed Foods
There's something in these foods that are tricking us into eating more, making us insatiable. The hormones that control fullness, leptin and ghrelin, from the work are being short circuited. So I don't think you need to avoid all ultra processed foods because poison is always in the dose. But if you realize that you are standing on them or you realize that even with your best intent, it might make you eat more.
