A friend recommended a book by the poet Roske entitled, The Book of Delights. He wrote an essay every day for a year about something that delighted him. Catherine copied the idea and found it to be delightful. Savoring like good things in the same way that we ruminate about bad things is a great way to attract more fun into your life.
