Yoshua Bengio is by far my favorite of the lines of deep learning. He's such a good, hard guy and a great thinker. What I meant was, what are we humans evolved for? You can say being human, but that's very abstract. So if you start to look at how would you realize some specialized or constrained version of universal general intelligence in a system that has limited memory and limited speed of processing? Then starting from that, you're starting to get a requirements analysis for human-level general intelligence. And then that leads you into cognitive science.
