If you are in pain, not like muscle pain, but if you're. can't stand up straight because your back hurts or if like you're tweaking things on a regular basis,. you're training too hard. You should be able to leave the gym and be able to have like a real constructive conversation and be very energized for it. If that's how you're leaving the gym, you probably overdid it. I think a simple thing just to look out for is when you walk out, are you feeling nauseous or sick or overly taxed and tired?
