The main thing is the confirmation bias. We have been told a certain narrative that you know Calog serial is healthy for you and that's the most important breakfast or meal of the day so all these research studies have been done to kind of confirm what a lot of researchers already kind of thought might be true. It makes it harder to work outside of that and and think outside the box because all of your peers are all saying the same thing and you can get attacked.
