The Trap Bar

The hip range of motion is much bigger in thi straight bar, because that weight is out in front of you. But the trap bar, you can load heavier. It it's just safer. Yougto get less back injurys. More efficient, right? Comfortable, right? So again, if you don't have a trap bar, i'm fined with a straight bar. High pole, i need something a little higher velocity.
