The Importance of Zone Two Interval Training

I would in most cases plan a longer easy training that's always one of the cornerstones I think in every approach. One time an interval session in the zone two range around the LT1 and possibly in combination with few short stimuli because I like to combine that type of training. A typical session in running is after a very good warming up 10 minutes or very easy for four to five minutes  a little bit faster than a few men chalk then I let's eight or ten minutes around.
