The Importance of PR in Training

The goal of training isn't to go in as a training needs to be able to train at this higher level because it doesn't work like that. If you don't want to put them in, if they're not required, the goal of training is to recover from session to session to session. The PR was not in there. You know, so if it's all about breaking a PR, but it's not about the considerations that are going to make you stronger then your PR is don't mean a fucking thing. It's just based upon how you feel on a certain day.
