Introduction

Frederick Funk is one of the most promising rising stars in long course triathlon. He has won multiple 70.3 distance races and feature prominently at the front of big races like for example being the only person to finish the bike close to Gustav Eden at the 2021 Ironman 70.3 world champs. Frederick also won a big challenge middle distance triathlon on the weekend beating American young guns Sam Long.
