Is Your Muscular System Fatiguing Out?

Your muscular system might be fatiguing out before your cardio vascular system is. So that's one of the major reasons why having this base of lower intensity zone to work, that you can do much more of. You can actually really get the stimulus on your heart and your lungs, your carti vascular system. Because your muscles shouldn't be fatigued at zone two legs. It shouldn't be that stressful. Obviously you're still stressing your tissues, but not enough to wear their fatiguing out. And that theye prevented you from reaching that point. When we talk about 85 to 15 %, we're not talking about like, a number of workouts. A good programme has some heavy work
