Never fax emal smoke signal or any other kind of means of delivering the information,. if at all possible, other than hand deliverate. When t you're waiting for the customer, you're always standing. You're not playing on your phone. You're waiting for them to walk through that door so that you can have your meeting with them professionally. The second rules, never a the facts and never ship the shit. Pardon my ex explotive, but that's the rule.
