It's really hard to like keep down the calories when you add an extra day of drinking every week. We end super late at night and we end up eating and eating late is one of the worst things you could do for your overall health and weight. It has taken up all of my Wednesdays as I try to, you know, not sound stupid while I'm up here. You're a matte only test where we record on Wednesday and we only drink your mat. And that's that sounds like exactly the type of thing that is way too much brainpower for me to apply to.
