I've really dialled in my recovery the last few years, and it seems like i'm a looking at about maybe a two week window between races. So with two weeks kind of unstructured off season, that's not going to be enough time to really put a huge dent into my arob development. I'd find if i can only run a seven minute mile during that at that intensity, then i would know i would need probably a few weeks to kind of home that in before getting into kind of the specifics ofa the build up for that race.
