In Tibetan terms, the way they talk about it if I translate the term exactly for what you're giving up, it's ego clinging. If we can let go of the clinging to ego, right ego clinging? Yes. So we're going to start our grip and allow the ego to just be an organ that's in service of this greater self. That allows us to step into being a podcaster or in my case a writer or a llama.
