Athletes Training - Slow Paced Breathing
slow paced breathing with something in front of you that's giving you some kind of datus measurement back. You just have to breathe around six cycles per minute. Evidence suggests a slightly longer exhale m actually gives us higher levels of paratympathetic activity. And then ovosly, potentially getting the breathing slower at a later date.
