Coherence therapy does a really good job of like filling in a bunch of contextual theory that focusing kind of misses. It's not just about that single thing that you did capital F focusing on, which I think is a big contribution. For example, you could do focusing about how this coworker is like irritating you or making you feel like bad all over when you encounter them and something like that. So there's a way of finding patterns. And you can get a lot of really great insight from just figuring that out and stuff"
