How to Financing a Business in a More Uncertain Environment
It's not really a part of our strategy to use very high leverage. So in the four times leverage is where we're more comfortable. We certainly didn't want to, with rising rates, certainly feel that we were overburdening the company with leverage. It's only four owners in the long history of this business. How do you think about your likely duration of ownership of the company? As usual, you make a plan in private equity that is five to eight years and don't see ourselves exiting anytime soon.
