The Importance of Being Kind to Yourself

I'll definitely be getting Steph back onto the podcast. I call her pipe. Well, actually, I used to call her Beppe because when I was a child, I couldn't pronounce Steffi and I had like some sort of a list, but I couldn't pronounced Steffi so Beppe. So I still, I've got you in my phone as Beppe still. She's like, Beppe, what do you want? Oh, okay. And then people are like, Peppe? Like a dog? she's like, my name is Stephanie. But yeah, we'll, we'll definitely be having Peppe back on the podcast. That was awesome.
