Sunwing Pilots - Why Did the Government Reject 63 Temporary Foreign Workers?

There were a lot of questions at the Transportation Committee meeting in Ottawa last week about airline resiliency. Sunwing came under particular fire, given how badly their services went. The union that represents Sunwing pilots said there are plenty of candidates in Canada who could have filled those jobs. There were pilots available in Canada to fly those planes and they just simply weren't hired.
