I learned a long time ago actually from the first the first coach I started working with was back in 1996 or 1995 and she didn't even call herself people didn't call themselves life coaches back then. She talked about one of the most important aspects of developing your ability to deepen in your own self-love was the approach of understanding versus debate. We live in this world that is highly aligned with the the very kind of ego formed need to win right so everything we do is competitiveEverything we do from business to families to your bank account everybody there's a winner and there's a loser and there's no such thing as winningright.
