How to Calculate Your Protein Targets
Protein is directed towards your changing in lean body mass. If you are very high in body fat, that means that protein would be unnecessarily high. Our standard recommendation for the record is 0.7 to 1 gram per pound in the off season. That comes around a 1.6 to 2.2 grams per kg in the offseason.
