Andy Cevallos: Why don't you find someone who worked in insurance and can sort of speak to the process firsthand? He says consumers have such a bad taste in their mouth because of maybe how they were pitched when they were younger or maybe you know, they have a friend or a parent that were pitched, you know, in the wrong way.
