The Importance of Internal Education in Customer Marketing

Customer success is protecting their customers and customer marketing just isn't building the relationships the right way. So that's my mission out there of bridging the gap I I say customer marketing and customer success should be siblings not cousins, which is what we're trying to do in our industry. And so if you've got a marketer on the call who can start some conversations and help them gain clients' trust then they'll get more satisfied with your product or service.
