When it comes to boundaries, when you're talking about how you protect your own resources, if you can start thinking in these terms, for one, for anybody in their life, or couples or like it is really a great shorthand. The real problem is, very often we don't take stock in our own battery. So let's say i love to go to the gym, but i need 20 % battery. Ik? I need 20 percent battery to get there.
