The Importance of Respecting the Knowledge of the Other Field
Coaches already kind of knew a lot of this. At least a lot of the good endurance coaches in Europe and Scandinavia, they were saying, yeah, this resonates. This is how we do things. And at the same time getting responses from the sports scientists in the audience so that we're not affirmative at all. They were like, no, wait a minute, this can't be right. I think just starting from the standpoint of respecting the other, respecting the knowledge of the other field, you know, the coach or the practitioner, I think that's a really important starting point for cooperation.
