The Need for a Centralized Revenue Operations Function at SoCure

SoCure as a whole reorged into three main COEs for COE being the commercial COE, which is all of our AEs account management marketing and product engineering. And then finally our finance and operations COE,. which is the COE my group sits in. So it was very apparent that there was a need to have a centralized revenue operations or rolling in all these groups and elements into one team. I think it really boils down to two main elements. It's unsilowing resources and then removing friction within the groups that support our customer lifecycle.
