The Internal Criticizing Narrative
We don't at birth come out judging. We do have the capacity to scan around to assess and we do use other people. If you're conditioning created an inner critic or that critical voice, then over time, that meaning and that narrative that was assigned does get cemented. It is in a reflection of your internal worth. So if I'm detached and I'm unaware of my thoughts and I'm just autopilotting in my conditioned mind, living as if my conditioned mind is who I am,. That inner critic is just going on a constant repeat and I'm not even aware of it.
