People underestimate how quickly you can put on body fat, especially if you've been dieting for a long time. Your hormones and your hunger signals are so out of whack that eating does not provide satiety. It actually increases the hunger. I don't really have this issue anymore because I have some tools in my toolbox when I'm getting people shredded to set them up for success once the diet's over.
