In practice, they're like different areas that have nothing to do with the thing you actually are. You can't tell a simple story to tie it all. And so when you get these things that are like out on the side, not only are they like distracting, they're not really helping the other things. They're almost like running a separate business alongside it and somehow claiming that that's your differentiator.
