I think on average, when i look in the jim, i see people that don't progressively overload enough. I see ethat are under loaded and overlifting a lot of the time. How many people are still bench pressing the same weight that they were ten years ago? Are still going into the gimp because they've never actually committed to doing progressive overload? So i think that the way that you've got it split there, which is, ok, where am i looking to gain strength? Commit to those. And then on the other things, i'm committing to quality.
