The Importance of Execution in Trading
When you came on to this trading desk, presumably you had no or little prior experience as an actual trader. So the fact that I had spent so much time in and around the physical commodity helped me out a lot more than I believe it may help today. And I really just had to learn things like execution, the guts to execute, the guts and the willpower and stamina to make a decision and take a P&L hit. Those were things I think you either are able to do or you're not.
