How Do You Navigate Relationships?

How have you dealt with those dynamics? How has that manifested itself for you? I say, within the team, it's been good so far, because my manager has been amazing. She just had to leave for personal reasons. So i would deftly say she was very helpful in navigating some of the chal ges and that came with the roll. However, now i'm kind ofo my own. And quite frankly, it's a good skill to learn, because this is part of being able to lead.
