Walking Is the Most Expansive Thing

Science supports this, that walking is one of the most expansive things. The mind setting is very much linked to that when people are rin their bodies and their movingter. No one comes back from a nice, relaxed, longish walk in nature and says they are feeling worse. So i a get someone to start their day with that every day, for a couple of thousand steps, that's a really big deal.
