The more beat up a guy gets, how do i still maintain his confidence that he's strong a jet? I mind tricking, but in the end, you want to move big weight. The last eight weeks of the season, we use an eight inch barrel. So no different than a board press. If i was using board presses, it would probablyg ouno full range. Our guys liked the barrel cause it had a neutral grip. We trained that cycles in the off season. And they want, yu know, confidence. One thing i've learned about athletes is confidenceis built through bench press or upper body strength,. because that's kind of their test.
