How to Get More Protein in Your Diet

My baseline recommendation for people is about 0.7 grams per pound, so we line up pretty well there. What people struggle with is like snacking because there aren't that many very high protein snacks. I literally tell them have breakfast, lunch and dinner and make sure you have 30 grams on your plate before anything else.
