I tend to always keep some high intensity in there, whether it'sa even just like some 30 second sprints in a base ride. In a base phase with even a someone who's time crunched and they can only do four, maybe five hours a week,. i think that is even more just going beyond the endurance performance side of things. And just from the health standpoint, say, let's do some high intensity because that's good for overall health. What are ways for you to monitor the progress of a polarized plan?
