I think people learn that like at first, this seems like a huge project and it's going to consume a lot of time and so much money. You learn how to make your food taste better than anything that you can buy at the store. And it becomes this amazing process and you just have really good energy to do it. So I absolutely love that and I love giving people that type of education. We typically promote around here kind of more of a carnivore style diet where we'd expect a lot of that Omega 3 to be.
