How to Correct a High Elbow Catch
The catch and pull is the first third of a swimmer's movement in the water. The high elbow catch doesn't mean that your elbows should be high in the water, up near the surface. A ye, high elbow is nt elbow near the surface, so don't try and a pull through really shallow. Om much better working with vitfa slee a, the hot yed with the hibo catch. To me, that's the 20 % of the stroke that can give you 80% of the results or improvement for a lot of people.
