Is There an Expected Kind of Sweat Rate Range?

Most people, and when I say most probably more than 70% of the sweat tests done in those large data sets, sit somewhere between 500 mls an hour and 1500mls an hour. You can see results more than 1.5 lt is an hour, sometimes up to 2.5. And that's usually seen in sort of higher intensity, shorter duration events such as short running events or team sports like soccer on hot days. But sweat rates of over 2.5 lT is an hour quite rare. They generally tend to be in things like American football training in the summer where they're wearing all that protective gear that stops the sweat evaporating.
