The Role of the Horizontal Component in Force Generation

We should be prescribing exercises with a horizontally directed force. These are, of course, more demanding on the muscle tendon unit than vertically oriented exercises. But they seem to be beneficial for preparing it for the activities that it's been an encounter. And one thing I'll just add about things like prowler and sled, similar to the theme around restoring the power component and the endurance component.
