How Much Protein Should You Take in a Day?

In practice athletes could be benefit from taking in more than two grams per kilogram bodyweight per day i agree but i would just like to see a study to back it up. even if we throw in a few form hills or hill sprints in there so and in this scenario if you're doing an easy aerobic 60 minute run or shorter then you can include them basically anywhere you like at least if you're a reasonably experienced athlete. Even if you go out and do let's say 45 minutes of easy aerobic running followed by hill sprints you will probably do do just as well in those hill sprints as if you were to do them 50 to 20 minutes inif you have good intensity discipline
