Transparency and authenticity just goes a really long way. Employees have a ridiculously high bullshit detector, more so than anyone externally because they know you better. And so it won't work. It won't fly. You just got to keep it super real and you got to be fast. If there's a gap between expectation and reality, that's when you start to have problems.
