The Four Peas Are Too Many Marketing
The four piece is a useful framework, i must tell you. As a manager from a budget allocation viewpoint, create tensions as to how much will you spend in advertising? Were sells promotion, for example, very clearly riich wouldn't spend. Should yo have incentives given to the retailer, or the n consumer? I think the framework has a significant value, except that it does not take the customer prospective exactly into account.
